Eli Lynn founded Elite Lifestyle Initiatives in 2019 to make working out a daily convenience not a daily chore. He has a bachelor of science in business management degree from Stony Brook University and personal trainer certification through ISSA. He played Junior A ice hockey for 5 years before college and finished his hockey career playing for Stony Brook University.  He has competed in the AC Ironman 70.3 twice, Coastal Delaware Running Festival Half Marathon twice, along with multiple sprint triathlons in Delaware. He focuses his training sessions on engaging his clients in function fitness where he motivates them and helps them achieve their fitness goals. He believes if you put in the sweat you can succeed in anything you do.
